Text in Church is for anyone who is looking to connect with people. We help churches follow up with their guests, engage with their members, and be more relevant.

In 2012 Tyler began building church communication tools for his older brother’s church in his basement (he’s a church planter in California). Now, he has the privilege of working with thousands of pastors across the country as they leverage our tools and systems to make their ministry more efficient and effective.

Text in Church has several different plans to fit your communication needs for you to choose from. If you exceed your plan message limits in a given month, you will then be able to pay as you go for additional messages.  You also have the ability to change your plan or cancel at any time.

Although we’re confident you will fall in love with Text In Church, you can cancel at any time if it is not a good fit. There are no hidden fees.

We gladly accept all major credit cards for payment.

We know the struggle is real. Be encouraged! Using this platform will pay for itself when you gain more members, even just one new member will pay for several years of service. Start with our lowest plan and you will surly be surprised!

Technical Questions

Yes! We use 256 bit encryption and industry standard security measures to keep your information private.

That’s a great question. Yes, you can use both English and Spanish.

Here’s how… with any Text In Church plan you can create multiple guest follow-up campaigns. So, you can create a Spanish follow-up campaign and an English campaign. Each of our forms have the option to be in Spanish.

We provide email and chat support from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday Central Standard Time.

Text In Church is web based, so you can access it from any device that has internet. Our mobile apps are also available as a companion to the web experience.

No, when you sign up we’ll set you up with a brand new phone number. You enter your area code then select from the available numbers. We will not send  messages to your personal cell. 🙂

No, using Text in Church is easy.  After selecting a phone number and entering in a contact, you can start sending messages right away.  For automated follow up steps, you can edit our loadable templates to make light work of it.  There are lots of ways to use Text in Church and you can start simple on and keep adding and expanding as you go.
