But over the years, I’ve learned that resisting the urge to micromanage has allowed my team—and my business—to flourish in ways I couldn’t have foreseen. Choosing to empower rather than micromanage isn’t just a better way to work; it’s the foundation of a healthy, innovative, and engaged workplace.
Here’s why I believe so strongly in empowering leadership rather than micromanagement, along with some practical tips to keep you on track.
