Connect Your Accounts

All you need is your Breeze API key and site URL to get started. Once connected, you’ll see your Breeze Groups and can choose which to sync with Text In Church.

Choose Which Groups to Sync

Select your existing Text In Church Groups or create new ones right from the integration setup. Each group syncs both ways — meaning new people added in Breeze show up in TIC, and vice versa.

Bonus: Enable Leader Sync so that Breeze group leaders are also synced into TIC for streamlined ministry communication.

What Information Syncs

The integration syncs:

  • First and Last Name

Only contacts with a valid phone number or email are synced. Duplicate protection ensures nobody gets added twice.

Frequently asked questions

Does the sync go both ways?

Yes! People added to a synced group in Breeze appear in Text In Church and vice versa.

What happens if someone unsubscribes?

If someone replies “STOP” in Text In Church, they’ll be unsubscribed from TIC communications only. Their contact record remains in Breeze.

What if I stop syncing a group?

You can easily uncheck any synced group in your integration settings. The group will remain in Text In Church as a normal (non-syncing) group.
