Ali Hofmeyer leads First Impressions, an organization dedicated to helping churches become places guests want to return to. Through conferences, coaching, content, and an online community, First Impressions equips church leaders at every level to practice radical hospitality in their context. Part of the Text In Church team since 2017 and a longtime ministry volunteer, Ali currently serves in guest services at her home church in Kansas City, bringing firsthand experience to every conversation about what it means to make people feel truly welcome.

Nina Hampton is a Church Communication Strategist at Text In Church with a passion for helping churches communicate with clarity, warmth, and purpose, so their message reaches the people who need it most. Part of the Text In Church team since 2019 and in ministry since 2010, she currently serves as Communication Director at her home church in Kansas City. A wife of ten years and mom to two, Nina brings both heart and strategy to helping churches show up well for every guest and their wider community.
